ALPHA AND OMEGA TEACHERS AND STAFF

Dr. DeLois Jackson is the founder and CEO of Alpha and Omega Christian Learning Center, Inc.  I am the Principal and a school teacher at Alpha and Omega.  I bring with me extensive experience and education where I hold a BS in Business Management, MS in Human Resource Management, MS in Natural Resource Strategy, Doctor of Ministry and a Doctorate in Humanitarian.

Ms. Bell joined the Center July 2012.  She is the center's director, where she runs the day-to-day operations of the Center.  She is also the lead VPK teacher.  She holds an AA degree in Early Childhood Education.  In addition to her education, she brings specialized skills and experience of many years in early childhood education.  

Mr. Lacey Jackson is the substitute teacher for all elementary grades.  For approximately seven years, he worked with the Trainable Mentally Retarded, Handicap Individuals Reaching for Employment (HIRE) program, for Montgomery County Board of Education, in Alabama.  

He is also a Professor at Emerald Coast Branch-Freedom Bible College and Seminary, where he has been teaching for over seven years.  He brings with him extensive experience and education where he holds a BS in Political Science, and a MA in Procurement and Materials Management.  He brings with him warmth, love, and compassion for our children, where he strives to provide a safe environment that is conducive to learning.  He promotes and nurtures the education of students by planning and tailoring courses of study.  

Ms. Molly Varela is the teacher who works with all ages.  She promotes and nurture the education of students by planning and tailoring lesson plans. She brings with her warmth, love, and compassion for our children, where she strives to provide a safe environment that is conducive to learning, and keeping parents informed.

Ms. TaNeisha Everett is a substitute teacher.  She joined our staff in 2012.  She brings with her years of childcare and head start experience, and extensive childcare training. She assists in promoting and nurturing the education of students by implementing the planning and tailoring courses of study.
